Return & Refund Policy
Because we sell food products, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items. However, we stand fully behind the quality of our maple syrup and will make it right if something goes wrong with your order.
Damaged or Defective Items Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your syrup arrives damaged, leaking, or spoiled — or if you received the wrong item — contact us within 14 days of delivery at jon@horstmaplefarm.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will evaluate the situation and issue a refund or replacement at no cost to you.
Unopened Items If you received an item in error or are unsatisfied with an unopened, sealed product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We'll review your request and, if approved, provide a prepaid return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Non-Refundable Items Due to the nature of food products, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:
- Opened or partially consumed product
- Items damaged after delivery due to improper storage
- Sale items or gift cards
Refunds Once your refund is approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the transaction. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at jon@horstmaplefarm.com.
European Union Customers If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, provided the product is unopened and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
